Sarah Parsons – Bio
Sarah Parsons lives in Kelowna, British Columbia.
She enjoys teaching art and is currently an Art Educator with the Cool Arts Society and the Connect program hosted by Kelowna Art Gallery. Sarah enjoys creating fun and imaginative classes and exploring various art techniques and practices. She has previously created community murals and exhibitions and has overseen events such as Papergirl Kelowna and Kelowna Vegan Festival and Art Show.
Sarah’s art is inspired by the whispers of spirit, nature around us, music, and animals, with a particular fondness for Pigs.
Sarah spent a year creating Pig-inspired sketches for The One Billion Pigs project, with proceeds of sales donated to animal rescues.
